A Bit About Us.

Matt is a Relationship Coach who has a profound understanding of the dynamics that shape successful, healthy partnerships. His journey to becoming a coach was deeply personal. After leaving a toxic marriage and experiencing an unhealthy relationship after his divorce, Matt realized he needed to address his childhood wounds and limiting subconscious beliefs about himself, relationships and life in general that led to him choosing women in their masculine energies with unhealed childhood traumas.
However, everything changed when he met Aness, his current partner. Through his relationship with her, Matt discovered the power of embracing his strong masculine core—a desire to provide and protect—and how his previous relationships had blocked him from fully stepping into his masculine essence.

Aness, having done significant inner work herself, embodied her feminine energy in a way that allowed Matt to fully express his masculinity. This sparked a deep devotion to each other and inspired Matt to help other couples. Today, Matt teaches men how to reconnect with their masculine energy and guides women toward embracing their feminine nature. He helps couples understand the importance of feminine/masculine polarity, trust, healthy communication, and commitment in building strong, lasting relationships.

Trained as both a Relationship Coach and a Trauma-Informed Therapist, Matt and Aness now work together, empowering couples to create harmonious relationships based on the powerful balance of feminine and masculine energies.

Aness is a Trauma-Informed Therapist, Dating, and Relationship expert who specializes in childhood trauma healing, inner child work, reprogramming the nervous system, somatic therapy, CPTSD, and transforming negative belief systems. With over 15 years of extensive study in these areas, Aness has developed a deep expertise that has helped countless clients heal and thrive. Her approach is grounded in a combination of proven therapeutic techniques and practical wisdom gained through her own life experiences.

Having navigated the challenges of motherhood, an unhappy marriage, and eventually divorce, Aness knows firsthand the power of healing and transformation. After her divorce, she took the time to heal before she chose to approach dating in a conscious way from a place of self-awareness, self-respect, self-love and conscious celibacy during dating process, focusing on what she truly wanted and needed in a partner. Her commitment to personal growth and creating a healthy relationship with a compatible partner led her to go on over 100 first dates in just one year, screening potential partners for compatibility rather than chemistry. During that time she uncovered the secrets to successful dating and, ultimately, attracting Matt, the man of her dreams.

Aness’ work is rooted in her own embodiment of the principles she teaches. She has created a life of abundance, success, peace, love and joy from her feminine and her personal success story serves as both inspiration and proof of the transformative power of inner healing. As a Therapist and Dating & Relationship Coach Aness and her partner Matt now help others achieve the same by guiding them through healing, self-discovery, and conscious relationship building.
